Program Overview
We designed our Computer Information Security Program to prepare you for pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer information security. Our classes focus on:
Computer programming
Mathematics
Network infrastructure
Operating systems and their secure application
As you complete our program, you will:
Apply security principles and practices to information system components
Identify technical and administrative controls to solve information security problems
Communicate technical information effectively with a range of audiences
Manage information security resources
NSA-CAE in Cyber Defense, CAE-CD
The Computer Information Security Program of Study (PoS) has been approved (pending application approval) by the National Security Agency (NSA) and designated as a Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) in Cyber Defense, CAE-CD.
